New Area Functionality

Would be good if a tile can have any number of areas associated with it. Each area will have a unique id and a name as before, but also a type. Areas can be switched on/off by group, and bordering can be worked out by group. For example, currently there is just the political areas which define the boundaries of countries. Could also have geographical areas (mark a region as being part of a particular Wood or valley), and areas by culture or holding.

For Weidany, could have shire breakdown and also fief breakdown, since fiefs do not obey shire boundaries. Then you can see which noble house rules which area. This is currently complex to do since a noble's fiefs are spread all across the Kingdom.

Can specify translucent fill colours and border colours when displaying the map.
