Spirit Cantrips

Notes on Spirit cantrips. These affect the mind of the target.

Old cantrips:

  • Impress (1) - Instill a simple emotion in a person.
  • Pain (3) - Inflict pain on a person.
  • Find (3) - Find a known person.
  • Dream (5) - Send a message as a dream.
  • Obscure (7) - Hide or obscure the wizard's appearance.
  • Nightmare (9) - Plant a nightmare in someone's mind.
  • Sleep (12) - Put the targets under a magical sleep.
  • Terror (9) - Create a terrifying illusion.

New world:

  • Impress (1) - Instill a simple emotion in a person - fear/love/hate etc.
  • Confuse (1) - Briefly confuse a target.
  • Hear (1) - Hear minds around you.
  • Thought (3; Impress) - Instill a thought in a person - to immediately go do something. Tell a joke, get up for a walk, sit down etc.
  • Pain (3; Confuse) - Make the target feel pain.
  • Find (3; Hear) - Find a known person.
  • Memory (5; Thought) - Instill a simple memory in a person.
  • Dream (5; Thought) - Send a dream to a person. Level of success gives amount of detail possible to send.
  • Obscure (7; Memory) - Hide the caster from the sight of the target.
