Crew

Need a way to work out how many crew a starship requires. This is going to be broken down into various areas:

• Bridge crew - needed to simply fly the ship
• Systems crew - needed to man the guns etc
• Engineering crew - needed to keep things running smoothly
• Stewards - needed to manage passengers (if any), also includes cooks etc
• Medical - medical staff to look after the crew
• Marines - to defend the ship if it requires it

Crew: floor(sqrt(workload))

A crew is someone who has Spaceship systems at 4+

1 per turret, 3 per bay.

At TL 10+, 2 per bay, at TL 12+ 1 per bay

Engineering workload, based on the total tonnage of drive + jump drive:
